  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once your order leaves our possession and is scanned by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for it.

  • We are not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage during transit.

  • For any shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
